Free Shipping Special: 
All orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the same day. Free shipping is available to addresses in the Continental United States (Not available in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada). We ship all of our orders with UPS or the US Postal Service. Rarely, tracking numbers may not be available with the free shipping option. We reserve the right to change or discontinue this free shipping offer at any time. 

Canadian Orders: 
Optimized Cable Company is not responsible for duties and taxes that may be incurred. Any additional fees due upon receipt of the shipment are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Standard Shipping Options: 
We ship all of our orders with UPS or the US Postal Service. When you are finalizing your order, you have the option of choosing Free, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. If you choose Free Shipping, your order may take between 2 to 6 business days depending on were you live. UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as Time In Transit and does not deliver on weekends or holidays. 

Rush Orders: 
All rush orders including Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select, must be placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Time in order to be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the following business day. UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as Time In Transit and does not deliver on weekends or holidays. 

Alternate Shipping: 
Currently we only ship with UPS and the US Postal Service. We cannot ship using customer's UPS accounts. 

Tracking Your Order: 
You can track your package online. Just click Order Tracking/Status at the top of our web site. Log in using your email address and the password you created. Click the order you want to track, then click the tracking number. You will automatically be forwarded to the UPS web site where your tracking information is displayed.
